FEEEL

Spencer Brownstone Gallery
A Suffolk Street, New York, NY 10002

Spencer Brownstone Gallery presents FEEEL, Youjin Yi’s first solo exhibition in the United States and with the gallery. Bringing together a new body of paintings, works on paper, and ceramics, the exhibition draws from what Yi describes as a “library of my heart”: a lifetime of accumulated memories and sensations. Created through an unpremeditated process of active imagination, her fluid figures, creatures, and landscapes dissolve the boundary between inner and outer worlds, inviting viewers into a shared space of resonance and synchronicity.
